realestate.com.au Grant Delivers Palliative Care Bed to the Hinterland Community

Maleny Hospital palliative care patients and their family and friends have been wanting the opportunity to stay with their loved one during this difficult period. The Maleny Hospital Auxiliary is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for the hospital and our team partnered with them to apply for a realestate.com.au Community Grant. These grants are valued at $1500 per successful application and we were lucky enough to be a successful recipient. Along with some fundraising monies, the Hospital Auxiliary is using the funds to purchase a specially-designed chair that folds out to a bed for visitors to stay with their loved ones. We wish the Auxiliary and the hospital all the best for the future.
